30th September 2006
Windsurfing: Aldeburgh
Wind Direction: SW
Wind Stength: 8-12knts
Surf / Sea State: flat
Air Temperature: warm
Sea Temperature: warm
Weather: sunny
Max Speed:
Distance Covered:

Rigged up 7.5m - wind came up a couple of knots, but because it was with the tide actual wind speed 8-12knts.

Was flying around despite barely a white cap in sight. The rocket transitions on to the plane very smoothly.

Cracked 50% of my tacks and planned thru a lot of gybes - the board maintains speed in the turn very well. And my first body drag. Bit clumsy, but got both feet in the water and then back onto the board!

And even had time to help push a yacht that had run around. The gentleman kindly informed me he was \"hard on\".
